Poem -
Walking
I walk to get relief from the pain and hurt I feel insideĀ
Relieving stress as I pass the miracle mileĀ
To be around nature really sets me freeĀ
To be in God's country helps me be who I want to becomeĀ
God helps me alot I do confess but alot of the stress I bring upon myselfĀ
Insecurities are boundless through this trail with no endĀ
I do not know where to start or where to beginĀ
I walk to get away from past hurt so I can have my own spaceĀ
This is the one of the only ways to get relief from Ā the stress of world today .
