WALLS AND ALL

I can't.. I just can't
I am terrified by my own shadow
Being pressed on every side
The walls are closing in on me
Steel plated walls has confined me
I am housed in a compound of fear
Ripping away at my heart
My soul is afraid
Why was I not warned of this day
Someone.. somewhere.. saw this coming
And not a word they say
Now I am left to dig myself out
I have become food
In a starved sharks mouth
But I refused to let this be the end of me
I will survive.. I will emerge victoriously
No walls of fear will stop me
From being who God
Has ordained me to be.

Wilford a superb strength of character poem that demonstrates what can be achieved through one's will, one's inner voice and with grit, determination and a little faith, wonders can be achieved and reveal the true metal to one's character, to raise the mortal bar and go from strength to strength.
Great poem and great message and thanks for the positive vibe whilst reading.
Full honours and thanks again Wilford for sharing a mantra for all to adopt.
Shaun.. at the end of the day, we all can do with a little encouragement..
Life has a way of sometimes beating us down.. shaking us to the core.. and a little encouragement goes a long way. One may never know how they had contributed to the breaking down of a wall or Stronghold in another person's life with a timely word or deed.
So we keep on sharing our thoughts with friends and relatives.
