Thank you Faith for asking the question, 
it has made me laugh and smile. 

It is lovely how language can twist, 
over a couple of thousand miles. 

To explain,

A wanker, in derogatory terms 
is a sad and ineffectual man . 

It doesn't apply to the magnificent 
naked nutters. 
Those who rode through the park 
with their bits out 
just because they can. 

It does apply to the EDL.
There were a few wankers in the park. 
Grumpy 'cos their limelight was stolen 
by naked bikers having a lark. 

So thank you Faith for asking the question. 
It really made me laugh
