want to(11-20-19)
who would want to
do as they needed to do
if they didn't understand
as you told them more than once
yet asked again and again
there seems to be no common sense
I scratch my head
as I reminisce on this

I think I know where you coming from with this piece..... someone related to you or at least a close friend has lead you down the garden path and into a place you needn't have gone.... and you know they meant well... just can't quite figure it out!!??..... something like that right?.... because their advice seems consistently out of whack!!.... well, don't feel to 'Put Out' because it happens to the best of us brother!!...I have this theory ~ That people closest to us don't REALLY want to see us become successful because ultimately it reflects on their own shortcomings..... and God forbid that they may have to get off of their asses and go put in some serious work at something..... after all the American Dream is to be able to sit on the couch, eat ice cream, occasionally go to work, but for the most part...... just eat, drink, and complain about all the reasons that you didn't make something out of your life!!...I mean someone or something obviously ruined our life.... Not Us!!...... sorry for rambling my friend....... This poem just struck a nerve!!...... excellent choice of subject matter..... Big Balls!!........ALL STARS!!....... well penned dear poet brother!!........LOVE & ROCKETS!!.......T xo. : )
