WHAT ARE YOU ASKING?

WHAT ARE YOU ASKING?

What are you asking in your prayers ?Ā
It's a selfish world today so who really caresĀ
Are you praying to end famine and warĀ
It will take more than your prayers for this I'm sureĀ

Maybe your prayers are to stop needless violenceĀ
It's a noisy world are you asking for silenceĀ
There are so many things in the world to askĀ
I just hope God is listening and is up to the task
