What is love...

Sometimes it’s blissful
Sometimes it hinders
You once have it all
Then it slips through your fingers.

Sometimes you have it 
And Sometimes you don’t 
A force of habit
A lump in your throat

On top of the world 
When you think they’re the one
It’s amazing what it does to a person..
just like the sun!.

Sometimes it’s forced 
Sometimes it’s natural
A four letter word
You heard and then that’s all.

Sometimes it’s said or softly spoken
Sometimes it’s used to fix things that are broken.

The glint in their eyes 
The smile on their face 
Gets your heart beating
And start to race

The fear and excitement all wrapped into one 
One mintue you have it
The next it’s just gone!.

Sometimes it’s comfort 
Sometimes it’s strain
Good while it last
But then comes the pain

You can throw in the towel 
And say enough is enough
But then you may question
