What Is Your View My Love

Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Nap Time......
My earthly eyes look upon you-
My precious daughter lying there.
My spiritual eyes see many another-
Angels dance around you dear, with care!
One cradles you with loving wings-
There is one to protect upon the ceiling....
Yet another sends up praises to God's throne!
Tranquil is this feeling.
Another kneels in prayer for you......
Your needs fall upon God's ear.
There is an angel on each and every side-
To comfort and remove all fear.
I ponder, what is your view my love?
If you could speak, what would you say?
Somehow, I know you feel my love-
As God's love sustains us day by day!
Would you describe to me the angels wing?
The softness found in feathers bright!
I know you would share with me their whispers.....
As they tuck you in tonight.
When you smile at me, my precious one-
My heart stops, my soul grows warm.
Such an angelic reflection in your eyes!
A beacon of hope within the storm.
So, watch the angels dance my love!
You are in my every thought and prayer.
You are a part of me forever......
My little angel fair!

Thanks Tony for visiting! ......I must have already left the room, I missed ya! LOLΒ Sorry about that....bad host! LOLΒ Actually nap time is wonderful here!
This poem however, was not written in totality about my child. I have all boys! There was a sweet lady I encountered one day and she and I engaged in conversation. She is from same area.Β She had just had a baby and was very nervous and scared. She was afraid to put her down for a nap or to sleep. You see, her child (a daughter also)the previous year died from crib death. Immediately God put me to work .(He does that!) I felt so very troubled insideΒ and saddened for this lady. I encouraged her as best I could,Β as she poured out her broken heart. Thus, this poem of faith.....that God had it covered! Her little one was protected. I had no idea however, the impact of this poem on their lives! I mean she had not been resting either, she and her husband taking shifts to stay awake etc. It was taking a toll on their marriage too. Well, she cried and hugged me tight as she read the poem......found out later, they framed it and hung it above her daughter'sΒ crib....and every time she went down to sleep, they read it aloud. It gave them peace. Then, they all slept. Love their hearts!......and by the way, the baby survived and is thriving today! God is good! Thanks again for dropping by Tony! I will do better next time....promise!Β Β Β Β Take Care - Paula
