What’s it all About?

Like many a dog chasing its tail

That when Saturday comes

You can bet without fail

That most blokes succumb

To twenty fellas chasing a ball

Across a muddy pitch,

And so the ladies call,

Life’s a bitch!

You can see who ate all the pies

As beer bellies wobble,

Men in replica shirts cry

As players with the ref squabble,

Who’s the pantomime dame

Falling on this pitch?

If this is a game

Then life is a bitch!
