Where are you, brother
To the late Mr ZHANG Jian (ćŒ”ć„), translated by Yiyan Han (c) 2020-11-18

A Chinese song by the late Mr ZHANG Jian (ćŒ”ć„, 1970-11-11 to 2019-04-18), who was a student leader in the 1989 Tian-An-Men Square movement, and then human rights activist. There is an entry for him, in Chinese, in Wikipedia. My initial translation finished on 2015-12-22, and final modification on 2020-11-18.
Where are you, brother
Could you remember we had no fear
holding hands in the storm
under the scorching sun
Where are you, brother
In that night of June you fell on the ground
I could do nothing to wake you up
Ruthless bullets never shoot through ideas
Cold-blooded tanks can't run over free spirits
Our pledge is like an eternal fire, and
the hot blood of youth will never dry up
Where are you, brother
Could you remember our cries in the gunfire
ânâ our hearts were so close, beating together
Where are you, brother
Even if many many years have passed
you look forever young as in 1989
never fading in my heart
Ruthless bullets never shoot through ideas
Cold-blooded tanks can't run over free spirits
Our pledge is like an eternal fire, and
the hot blood of youth will never dry up

Nobody believes tanks ran over people, wish I could find proof! Awesome write!" Ruthless bullets never shoot through ideas" Cold blooded tanks can't run over free spirits". Awesome!
"Nobody believes ..." those nobodies are the CCP followers, Jim, as the real photos are wide open on the internet. Think Mr FANG Zheng is a living evidence in the States, and his legs were cut off by tank, for example.
I looked it and saw people being shot, Oppression is hard to watch!...Jim
Know what you mean. Just think WWII, and it's 100 times worse in a communazi state.
Many many photos out there are too bloody to comprehend - no one thought the CCP guards (not army in the normal sense) would had used tanks and machine guns to kill students and civilians.
Like it very much!

Thank you, TFOTS for liking my translation. I want to pay my respect to all those died for freedom, and also remind the free world how devil the communists are. I know very well you Aussies have been threatened by the CCP regime, and very pleased to see many your people stand up strong. Bravos!Â
Yes, so true, very corrupt, but one could make the argument that democracy is the same, with the tech giants controlling our lives... to be honest not sure where I stand lol, but I do know that communism isn`t the way! Best wishes to you. Stay safe! Your friend, TFOTS
It's okay you have your own choice, and in fact everyone must choose a side as I said in "Great Duel". Hopefully that will you give something to think about over the coming w/e ;)
