Β Harken my plea
Lost to impetuous sea
Her depths called thy name
Tis her bounty she’ll claim

Enfolded in sodden twine
Neath chaotic brine
So frigid far below
Where calla lilies grow

Thou ghost tis mine
Evermore I shall pine
Her soul holds no empathy
For the likes of me

So beloved true
I defer to salty shrew.
She shan’t flog my heart.
Thou shall always be part.
