There's always a beginning...

and an end.

The end of a relationship,
the end of the night,
the end of the road.

Where do I start?
where do I begin?
Do I start with a mother, 
who's love she never gave me,
Or a father,
who was cold to the touch?

Do I start with the nightmares,
that haunt me in the night.
Do I tell you all my sins?
Confess all the lies I've told.

Do I let you love me?
Do I let you in?
Am I capable of feeling anything?

Can I let you hold me,
embrace me?
Will I cringe
Will I turn away?

You see, I made a rule long ago
never get attached to anyone
but I cant help but hold on to you

But i will hold on to you 
for as long as possible

maybe i am capable of loving you....
