Whisper In a Shadow

Tonight, we'll wait to find

All these lies are storming in.

The night is dark and dry.

The pale moonlight is sinking in.

Wait for me to come

And free you from the dark.

Its closing in so quick.

In time we'll see our darkest hearts.

The light it falls so fast,

Barely makes a sound.

Our days are growing still as the sun falls behind the hills

As trees begin to sway and the light grows ever dim,

The ghosts of the night arise to run and jump and sing.

With voices lifted high,

They sing their lullabies.

Proclaiming to the night

They'll never say goodbye.
