Dangle precariously
From the bedroom wall
Undraped
She's in hushed anticapation
As though awaiting 
The arrival of Giorgiones
Cented candles
Shape the mood
Yet dwarfed by the stench of stale cigarette ash

Clamour of a tap
Drumming hard
Down the hall
Almost as irritating as two cats
Sparring from the skylight above

Vomiting in the sewers

Loathing
