Who Am I?

I am who I am take it or leave it
I am not who I used to be
I am now who I am supposed to be
But who is that really?
I’m not quite sure
Am I evil? Am I pure?
I’m not really sure who I am
But I know I’m better than I used to be
I can see the world more clearly
I can see the world more freely
But, the question remains
As part of a mystery
What does my life truly contain?
What am I here for?
I am who I am take it or leave it
But who am I really?
I really don’t know.
I hope to figure it out someday soon though.

I am certain you are a spirit child of a Heavenly Father whom loves you dearly! having a mortal experience! I am certain you are here to receive a body, learn good from evil. There is a perfect divine plan to help you return home! I hope that helped!...................Jim

God is the plough that guides any strayed sheep.
Thank you
You will figure it out Stephanie. Just keep on moving forward and all will be revealed to you...I am pretty sure it will. That is how it usually works. Sometimes we journey through our whole life before it is revealed. But the now is important. Do not neglect treasuring the now. Great write x
I really enjoy your comments. So sensitive and caring. Thank you for pointing out the obvious about "now" I have been living in the past and future lately, a little confused but I'm trying to live in the now more often!
We are all guilty of that. Either ruminating on our past or putting everything in our future. The now is often too underestimated 😉 I am guilty of doing this myself lol xx
It's very easy to lose a sense of time, patience, identity, and everything else in between! hence the poem :)
