Who am I?

Lost in a hopeless hell,
Teeming with darkness,
Shove it down,
Keep it hidden,
Going numb,
Losing my way,
Stumbling blindly,
Who am I?

High maintenance,
Needy,
A burden,
False labels assigned to me,
Wake up and hate myself,
Struggling to stay present and feel,
Who am I?

Broken,
Scarred,
Damaged,
I'm not sure who I am anymore,
An endlessly spinning and spiraling mind,
Chaotic swarming thoughts,
Stressed amd depressed,
Memories and feelings repressed,
Who am I?

Down on myself,
Gotten so low,
Yet I'm so high on this ledge,
Betrayed by my brain,
Telling me lies,
Who am I?

Worthless,
Inadequate, 
Undeserving, 
Unlovable, 
Overflowing with demons and pain,
Barely recognize myself,
Who am I?
