Poem -

Who Are You?

Who Are You?

Who are you?

Seriously?

You think you may know

Like an automatic flow

You laugh at the nonsensical

As if you weren’t commonsensical

A question that sunk in

Yet no answer to dunk in

You thought you knew

Your perplexity grew

And as one criticizes so obliviously

Anger starts to spark in you so enviously

Even though they were never you

But who even were you?

Wondering through your existential crisis

This astonishment is to pay the prices

Says your inner voice who hates you

Yet does everything in its will to protect you

You have your whole life to find out

Which your existence can doubt

And whoever may discover

Has once had a lover

Who knew the answer

Loved to enhancer

But who were you to you?

And was this anything new?

Hi Saniya...this poem rolls off the tongue so easily. You have got a good rhythm and flow in this poem. Very well done x
