Will our world ever change

All human beings are born equal 
this is how god wants us to be 
and to live in peace and harmony
for the goodness sake of humanity

 and by the sweat of our brow, we will eat our food
 until we return to the ground 
since from the ground, we were taken
 for dust we are and to dust will return

the roads that we choose
and the gains that you achieve
is an earthly possession
that's left behind when we die and we leave

Adam and eve were our parents
And we all are their children
So why are there so many wars today
that begins and can never end

We know there is only one god
And he loves all of us
and we don't have the answers 
why people are suffering everywhere
but in god works, we must have faith in to trust

we witness the holocaust of the jews in Europe 
And genocides in present days Africa
we see the inhumane captivity of people of Palestine
and mass murders in central and south America

And the tears from wars keeps falling
Falling like the rain from the skies
 parents holding their dead babies
Bombs on the ground and bombs 
falling from the skies 

how did this world become like this
why are there so much hate among each other 
if Adam and eve is our parents
are you not my sister and I’m your brother

Will our world ever change
Is what we keep hearing all the time
but who do you turn to 
when it's the governments who is 
committing Genocides and hate crimes

the world today is in complete chaos
While we stand aside and look
seeing the prophecies of revelation 
 being fulfill as it was written in the holy book

we were told that these things will come to the past
children will be having children
False prophets will come using Jesus name
 lack of food, drought, and  famine 

Men will fly like birds in the sky
creating weapons of mass destruction
and governments bringing this world
on the brink of annihilation

But Jesus said " behold I will come quickly"
like a thief in the night
and those who kept him in their hearts
will surely see the light  

And all that he said has now become possible
This, in turn, makes it much more likely that our generation 
will live to see Jesus Christ return 
and establish the Kingdom of God on earth

sometimes I feel to stop writing this poem
and close my eyes to what’s going on around me
but then I think of those without a voice
the silent victims of the wars against humanity 

so if I throw away my pens now
It will be as if I turn my back on them
Cause though I can't lead them out the dark
I can try to shed some light on their problems
