ONE AT HEART
Awaken like the swelling sun,
My painful life takes now a slow run,
washed out, melted like the genesis of a day,
Her engaging love sings on this midday.
A new echo is heard like the call of a bird,
My will sobs at the splendor of your word,
This Earth is fertile like a graceful woman,
Sun is burning, like a well-built strong man.
We were meant to be one, long before birth,
Finally to decorate the body in a wreath,
your name is written on the vast shore,
In a landscape, you stand alone bare.
Eternally heart bound, painfully shine,
Your divine love was nurtured into mine.
Forever together, never ever to depart,
Bodies are divided, but always one at heart.
