Window Pain

The words he said were bittersweet
Everything I always wanted to hear but within them none seemed to have considered me
The days to come were best described as a frenzy
I tryed to accept and I did the best I could
My mind was at ease but my hearts previous decision stood .
All the sleepless and lonely nights
I wondered why in the hell I couldn't stop the fight
Plenty of time I waited and was patient
Gave it all I had and learned from every mistake I had been making
Better out the window my pain than in hear with me
God if it has to hurt ,please don't let them see
