With Each Step

With each step,
I know that I am alive,
With each breath that I take,
I know that I survived,
Walked these dusty land,
Through the continents big and small,
I went through it all,

Through every trial and tribulation,
Everything the world had to offer,
I took everything that they threw at me,
I never let myself suffer,

Don’t you know you kept me going?
As I travelled the dusty lands,
Don’t you know you are always with me?
For you always had my heart in your hands.
