Poem -

From Within

Inside,

Within,

The person that be’s you,

Lives a twin,

A creature,

Namely,

The Soul,

It moves as you do,

Masters your notions,

On strings (like a puppet),

Re-lives your emotions,

As you fall,

Into the deepest of sleeps,

Held in the arms of death,

Your soul is reaped,

As your body drifts,

Into the afters of life,

Your soul lifts,

Flies,

Forever intertwined,

In the threads of the air,

Your soul now becomes,

A fraction of you, left behind,

Only for,

The blind eye to see.
