You destroy our mental barrier
We close our eyes and count to ten
Hoping history won't repeat itself again
We hurt on the inside
Yet society turns a blind eye
The only thing we can do is sigh
We suffer abuse, diseases and condemnation
We still gather the strength to go on
No matter what you trow our way
We'll muster the courage to face it and live another day
Even though some of us are easily led astray
Do not underestimate the strength of a woman she'll find away
We endure our pain and will always say its okay
What pleasure do you gain in hurting us?
Why do you continue to take advantage of innocence?
One of these days you'll surely feel the wrath of our vengance
Woman are strong and this true
So why do you hurt the one that has been loyal to you

Strong poem..full of hurt and unanswered questions. Sad to say in some cases this do rang true but no man should ever feel the exercising of his dominance here on earth is for the sole purpose of humiliation or condemnation of any woman and nor should any woman have to put up with, such an inception, of this behavior at any point of their relationship...Some people never realize the rarity of their soul mates faithfulness, sincerity and (at one point), ever so devoted love, until they have lost it to a (lucky) someone else....Then only, do they realize their misfortune and now it's not about hurting the one you loved, rather now, it's about hurting the one, who now loves you. Which becomes their chief psychological fixation...Some find it easy to hurt that which they (claim) to love most, because you are the ones that will hold them accountable for their negative actions the least, due to your (critically acclaimed) love for them.....Figuratively speaking, this pertain to good men and good women.....
