Words

Sometimes the words just drop off the lips like a child that drools in its sleep
Other times you Need to put on a dive suit and go find them lost in the deep
Often they get caught in the wind like a autumn leaf riding the breeze 
But when you catch them it's like a kick to the stomach that makes you drop to your knees
Sometimes They are harsh words like disappointing your parents after failing a test
But then again they are lovely like a Beautiful first kiss in the rain and those words are the best
From time to time they take form of a killer in the night out stalking its prey
And sometimes they are like a hot cup of coffee the first part of your day
Sometimes They are innocent like the first time you ever spoke
And yet again some times they are vile and when you speak you choke
The right words are elusive like a fox always out smarting the hunter
But if caught and applied you can be a king and conquer 
I am a fool for the alphabet I juggle them about
Where they land I don't always know but I can't wait to figure it out
