Poem -
Words of truth
- Lost and empty
- Sad to say, I'm afraid I'm broken
- In every which way
- My lungs give in and wave the white flag .
- Just like the self confidence I once had
- Life's gets better , that's what they say
- Mines getting worse in every which way.
- I'd give reasons ,point fingers
- To explain why
- But the real truth is I just no longer try.
- So I'll lay awake dreaming , of what could be .
- My get up and go, has gone
- Zero energy
- I once had a plan ,ambition knew what to do .
- Know I'm lucky if I can see the day through .
- So stay strong and true .
- This is my advice from me to you
