Poem -

A World Of Solutions

I lay for a lifetime

And thoughts weren't mine

As the day hid

It's smiling face

From my weeping eye

I wept like Jesus

In my carnal tomb

As Demons devoured flesh

And Angels dispaired

Prayers I offered

Shouts I howled

As the echoes of the night

Reflected my likeness

I hid from the world

In cold disgrace

For that which I was

I can't but name

I crawled forward a little each time

Further and further

And not knowing why

I called

Deep inside the bells rang out

Getting louder and louder

As i struggled and in my darkness

Fighting the web's entangling my soul

And with my sceptre of hope

I drove the demons back

One by one as I grinded my teeth

Let me go

Let me go

Silence

Silence

Then I awoke

Suddenly

To a shinning sun and loving embrace

What I was I can't but name

But no pain

No sorrow

Just truth

Love

I was

Love

I am
