THE WORLD WON’T END!

I had tears in my eyes,
But she couldn’t see as she had lost her wise.
I asked her couldn’t we mend,
She said if we don’t, the world won’t end.
She left me in the dark street alone,
It started to rain and my grief even God had known.
And where there were white doves in my life,
I didn’t even realize, when ravens started to thrive.
The date was September nine,
A month had passed when I lost love mine.
But still the pain was like a dagger in heart,
And the thought of that night made my blood dart.
Three months later, I saw her at florist’s one day,
I thought I will talk to her and things will work my way.
But the moment she saw me, she turned her back,
And oh.. the pain returned back to my bruised wreck.
It was autumn and winter all time this year,
No spring or summer came to change my gear.
The dead leaves littered and wind blew all the time,
The snow remained frozen whole and so did life mine.
The shoes were covered with dust on the rack,
Ever since my girl had turned her back.
I never went again in search for her,
I knew with this isolation, I had to bear.
Every now and then that night flashed in front of my eyes,
And these things had actually destroyed my wise.
Now my life was really out of mend,
Oh unlike what she said my world did end.
