Wow, Amanda found a Tortoise? 🤣

Wow, Amanda found a Tortoise? 🤣

My daughter, Amanda was walking on our park

Now it was on a July Summers afternoon so it was not dark

And her two dogs were running around having a lark

Well all of a sudden one of them started to bark..

So Amanda stopped on her tracks and she looked at the ground

Awww she couldn’t believe her eyes what the dogs had found

Coz there was a Tortoise with a great big mound

Lying lazily not making a hint of a sound..

“Wow” thought Amanda a tortoise on the grass

Now bare in mind Ananda is an Engineer, so a very intelligent lass

But she stood in awe looking at this monstrous mass

Where it stuck out on the green like a shiney sheet of glass..

This Tortoise was certainly strange

No movement at all so the shape didn’t change

So Amanda give it a prod and a poke to see if it would rearrange

Haha she soon realised, that this Tortoise was a mahoosive mushroom growing on the grange…
