Writing will help........

I`m told to release my hurt

through writing it down

on paper, it won`t seem so bad

but it hurts to explain

what`s really inside me

I`m sure that this won`t work

unhappy thoughts

since you left my life

this pain won`t go away

write it all down,  they said

it would help me

all I feel is loneliness

this hurt is too much

writing it on paper

just makes it real again

want my heart to mend

to feel whole again

not sure writing will help

I`m trying to write

but nothing works

why can`t this pain go away?
