Yogurt Conversations

Night after night,
We’d sit in endless pools,
Of yogurt conversations,
That spilled all over,
Curdled in our minds,
Stayed in our thoughts,

For there was no need to stutter,
There was no need to stir,
Night after night,
We’d move in slow motion,
In dreams that never occurred,
