Keeping in mind that part of growing up is dealing with difficulty's, benefiting from it's pain and~BACK ACHES~

with help from~GOD~love one's and ourselves, we manage to~DEFY DEFEAT~

But,defeats are meant to show us our weaknesses and strength's yet brings us back to our~FEET~

While courage prepares us for the next fight, accepting it with a~FEAST~
