You broke me 
Yes you did
You saw me lonely so
You came and gave me something.
You gave me the love I needed. 
So happy, I took it and held on to it 
but you didn't 
Because to you, it meant nothing

You broke me 
You don't know how
But I will tell you now 
I held on to the love you gave me and you knew 
so you threatened to take it 
Knowing how I would take it
but you took it regardless

I came running to you.
Begging you to please give it back
Because I didn't want to be lonely again 
instead of giving me back,
You laughed at me, 
You cursed at me,
And watched me beg for it 
Because you knew I needed it. 

Severally you gave it back 
But just so you could watch me beg for it again and again.
So you could laugh and watch others laugh at me too again and again
You finally took it from me and gave it to someone else, forever 
I looked for you but you had left and never came back. 

So now do you see how you broke me?
You did and I give you that.
Not anymore though as 
Thanks to you 
There is nothing left to break. 
Thanks to you  
All that is left now is for ME to love ME again
