Mum!! I know you feel my warmth around you

That`s because my love envelops you still.

Close your eyes and visualise my smile! Just for me!

I am still near.

I am only a heartbeat away.

Just see me as I was.

For I am still with you there.

I see that you weep because I have gone!

Instead! remember the happiness of the time that we had together.

You can sit and wish for my return!

But now I want you to open your eyes for me.

Open your eyes and enjoy all that I have left for you.

I know your soul aches! as we can no longer be in each others arms.

But you can be happy again by remembering the joy we shared together.

Just relax! then you will be able to sense my words.

I will then be able to help you smile during all of your new tomorrows.

Celebrate that we had the gift of all those wonderful yesterdays.

I see you sit and weep and think of me that I have gone.

Mum! please don`t weep!

I know that you cherish the time that we had together

That is how I am telling you that I am with you still and letting you know how much I love you.

I see you cry every day Mum!

But darling I`m trying to tell you what I want for you!

Please Mum! open your eyes and dry them for me.

You are honouring me, with each day that you cherish the memories of the time that we had together.

Please try to go on living! just for me.

Smile for me!

Wipe your tears and open your eyes.

Live your life to the fullest each day, for me.

This is what I want! for you!

But most importantly! show others your love by going on living.

Take those first steps in this new begining with courage.

Allow yourself to be happy again.

I lived a full happy life because of your love.

Give yourself permission to allow yourself to carry on without me.
