I Wait Your Admire

I wait, I bow my head, I take a sigh
For I can't wait to see you, every bone aches
I ache inside for you in my mind, I can't hide
Love you love the way you do everything, I beg for your next date
Your admire for those in a war you standby it's your fate
Do not let your guard down through the trials, I will wait
I need you, your taste in my mouth and you my marine
May we bring this war to an end no more hate
With me for the rest of our life your the one I admire
Live and let live, do not die without me, just hold on to the unseen
Hold on to every dream, for our children to know you for you
Your admire is not just red, white and blue but endless salute
For no one can stand alone, no one can be super heroe idol
Know that I am holding on to your heart, forever Semper Fi
You may be miles away, but you will always stay with me
You, my admire, my desire, my every beating within I feel you
As I admire you

The poem reminds my of the letters my mother and father exchanged while he was fighting in WWII. Â When he returned they married and he stayed in the USAF over 30 years. Then I married an Army man and the waiting started all over again during the Kwait engagement.
Love this write!

Awe! Valerie, that brought tears to my eyes, it is a true life happening! Hoping it has a happy ending.
