Your legacy

Driving trucks in the early days
showing the boys how it was done
Unknown to the world of the
beautiful woman you would become
A great gran, a nan, a wife
and mother
A friend to all you knew because
you couldn’t help but love her
You never passed judgment only
showered us with love
And sang your songs like our
angel from above
You fed us your sweets and
removed all our fears
There through the good times, and
there to wipe away our tears
We will remember your last hug, last breath
and last kiss
You leave behind a legacy, but it is
just you that we will miss
So this is farewell and you can finally dance with pa
You will forever be in our hearts, with thoseĀ
