This is your poem
Live your life to the full,
And in hard times stand tall.
If you need us all you have to do is call.
Made us know right from wrong,
So I will always try and go on,
Living the way you taught me to go on.
This is your poem
I wrote these words for you 
Remembering all you use to do
Rise above was the way we was lead 
Leave behind the horrid that was ever said.
You wiped the tears I shed 
And helped me,to go through all that I dread.
I will walk with you both till the end.
Being half and half of who you both are,
Has got me this far 
So this is your poem 
I wrote it for you 
Through the hardest times 
You put on one hell of a show 
Stood tall through the times that would fall
Even when you was low 
You showed us we could still fly
You are a friend, and a guide that will always mend
You are my parents, always by my side 
And this...
This is your poem.
I wanted to share these words with you,
Because I couldn't have done it without you 
You are my life! 
And I'll live this life and the next 
With you both forever at my side
