You're.........

You dominate the bed

and hog the double quilt,

Snoring, grunting  like a pig

You’re sleeping……

A shower would be good…

A fragrant rose you’re not,

A change of socks might do the trick,

You’re dressed….

Get in the car, drive off, no wave,

The bathroom left in disarray

A pile of clothes that need a wash,

You’re commuting….

The phone rings 3/4 times a day,

‘Pick up my suit and press my pants’

‘Don’t cook that muck you made last night’

You’re working….

For crying out loud stop bleating!

For pity sake stop breathing

I feel the ire in me rising

You’re home………..

In silence watching tv

you alone have the remote,

Your fingers click- ‘My wallet’

‘where is it?’.. ‘In my coat’

A hand inside your pocket

and yes the wallets there,

together with a packaged gift

I wonder?.. do I dare?....

But daring do.. I open it

A bracelet with a heart,

a card addressed to who knows who,

another mistress tart....

Enough’s enough even for me!

I’m tired of being put upon,

So get your bags  you piece of crap
