21 and "Over"

     When i turned 18 i used to get super hyped about not getting caught while trying to purchase some kind of fruity drink at the bar. Have you ever played one line that kinda goes like this " Cam i see your I.D. ?" you:(Looks in purse)"I forgot my I.D. in the car.."If you were lucky and looked hot?-chances were you'd get away with it. Im not trying to be conceited ,but it worked for me...sometimes. Once you turn 21, the faze kinda stops. You dont get that excited to by alcohol,and you hardly ever drink by that point. (Maybe thats just me) I  feel like everything just wears out and start to mature a little. You think that at 18 you have all the privileges ?-THINK AGAIN! Cause honestly you dont, unless you truly want to vote. I  never did, i guess im just not into politics much. 

    I dont like to go out much anymore, or drink , or even party. Its not because i cant,but its because i did that when i was younger. Remember that line i mentioned earlier?-Well that was my weapon.I have friends now who want to party and go out all the time. I guess their in that "faze" . Being 21 isn't glamorous but i dont hate it. Im not 18 so thats cool, im not 19 so thats even better, im not 20 and thats awesome. I guess growing up with age isn't half bad,but i'll never understand why some people stay in that faze after 21. Enjoy it while you can,but remember its okay to be Over and wanting to just chill-ax .
