A bite of luck

We all love to live a well planned organised Life but most of what we live is what life planned for us.
Emily obviously had a plan but not for this. 
she finally had a job after several interviews and she wasn't going to mess her first impression on her first day at work.
She rushed home gladly knowing she had a dress to wear. she imagined the shoes and the accessories to match, the hairstyle and the pins. she was about thinking of what to have for dinner when the thoughts were rudely interrupted by the shocking reality.
Her entire department looked like she had twenty untamed toddler thought to torture. she nearly fainted at the sight of Jack running towards her With the dress locked between His teeth almost crying she grabbed the dress from His grip.
she quickly assessed the dress for possible damaged. it wasn't much just two hole made by His teeth. 
Bad dog! she screamed throwing her shoe at him. you chose the wrong day for this!
Angrily she rushed to her drawer she never saw a plan for two green button she had no idea why she had kept over the years, could just let them go. now they were her saviour. stitching them quickly on opposite side dress. they look reasonable for a cover up. she quickly dressed up as imagined. And ran to catch a bus. 
she was haapy she didn't miss the bus. she sat in a hurry and In that momment realised she forgot her lunch. she signed.

it had happen. she was finally sitting next to him after months of him disappearing. They were like bus buddies, travelling most of yhe time in the same direction, they finally got talking, and he disappeared. Ah, I will be fine. been a while,how have you been?
Good, had some thing to do, worked out fine. And you?
A lot. Got a job.
Great! we should celebrate, there is no arguing. Tonight by 7pm, I will call you and pick you up, your threat.

The bus stopped. sorry this my stop.she said. A clue. it's  starts With the letter D.

Work went fine. Everyone kind of loved her,and yes her dress.
Devin picked her for dinner, it was then she realised if she hadn't delayed she would have missed him for he wasn't going to be on the first bus she had planned to go on. she wouldn't have know he had a things for dogs, that he missed her. She never knew she would be kissing him good night.
Alright you win...come here Jack,With your cuteness...look at you. she patwd His head. I cant stay angry With you. But you need to stop. they cuddled on the couch. she handed him a cookie. By the way, Thanks for the bite of luck. everyone seem to love you taste....stop! she laughed As he licked her face trying to steal another cookie.JACK!
