"A tale of Light and Darkness" By Ben Goode 2016 (c)

At the dawn of humankind, Mistress Darkness and Lady Light met up with each other one day on a spiritual plain. 
But Lady Light was standing on a pedestal as Mistress Darkness approached her. 
"Why do you think you can place yourself above me?" asked Mistress Darkness 
"I am all that is light, happiness, love, laughter, positive thoughts, friendship, trust and I'm am what life is all about. What do you ever offer but misery?" Lady Light smiled.
"Well I am all that's dark, I too can give happiness, lust, orgasms, creativity and imagination. Passion, and reflective thoughts, really deep and meaningful friendships, and that's only part of what I can offer." Lady Darkness raised her eyebrows.
"I think we should maybe work together then" Lady Light stood down off the pedestal and shook hands.
"Hmm well we can only try" Lady Darkness said flippantly.

And to this day Darkness and Light share in everyone's personality :D but not 'always' equally ;)
