Beast Of Bluebell Hill
There had been a number of stories in the local papers about the supposed "Beast Of Bluebell Hill".
A friend and I were driving up a local road, and I was gazing out the side window and I saw something across the field. It looked like a big Great Dane dog at first. It was odd though because it had a relaxed, languid way of walking. It's limbs were strong, but seemed thicker and more like that of a cat.
I suddenly realized what I was looking at, and it wasn't a dog at all. The head was much more rounded.. It was some distance away, but I could see that it's ears were more pointed like a cat's too.
The cat was moving further and further up the street, and I knew that the beast would soon be out of sight. So I strained myself so I could see it for just a bit longer. It was a big animal and it walked powerfully and purposefully along the field, and then it was out of sight.
I looked at my friend and he asked me what was wrong, and I said, "You'll never guess what I just saw!" True to form, my friend didn't believe one word of what I said. But with all of the other sightings of the creature before and after my experience, I'm definitely not the only one who has seen it.
There were hundreds of sightings of the Beast Of Bluebell Hill during the 1990s, but due to the fact that it was also seen in the 1920s, and also within the past couple years, it is almost certain that there are at least a few large black cats stalking the area at any given time.
