Russian Gnomes

When I first heard of gnomes living in Russia, I was very skeptical. Unfortunately, I thought that the first person that told me that a gnome was living in her apartment/flat was just joking with me, but now I'm not so certain of that.

A while after that, a friend of mine told me a story about a goblin/gnome-like creature that had turned her families life upside down. This friend of mine is a very intelligent person with an amazing past, not someone who needs to make up lies to gain attention and notoriety.

She told me that her son and his wife had been madly in love with each other, a very beautiful and happy couple. Then one day they seen a goblin/gnome. After that, they began to hate each other for seemingly no reason at all, so the gnome was blamed. There was also beliefs that something found in a garden may have had to do with a curse, and it was all just a very confusing story.

Then today, I was talking to a person I've recently met about paranormal things I've heard about Russia. I thought that she was going to think that the story about the gnome was crazy or something, but she told me that her girlfriend and roommate had both seen one in their flat! She told me that her girlfriends roommate had talked to it, but not by talking out loud, it was like they talked by using their minds. Nothing bad seemed to come of it.

I've looked around online and seen some stories about a gnome-like creature that Russian's call Domovoi's, They are believed to protect people's flats, but can cause bad things to happen if they feel disrespected........
