Too scared to sleep for fear of not waking

Helen suffered the fear of falling asleep In case she'd never wake up the
endless nights we stay awake something I  never actually discovered to be phobia sadly till long after she'd gone

A sense of guilt still do I feel because never can I tell her
I now understand the sleepless nights we both endured was caused by a real phobia that goes by the name "Hypnophobia"
So sorry Helen forgive me for being so nieve
