Mausoleum Mystery

Some time ago I went to a museum with my friends. One of my friends was taking pictures and got surprised because in one of the pictures there was an image of a strange creature.

Alfonso Ugarte was a soldier who fought in the War Of The Pacific and is a national hero here in Peru. The place in  the picture is a mausoleum and his grave is in the picture, but there are other soldiers there too. I don't think that the kind of shadow in the picture was someone from there; it's like a creature, and not human. As of right now, I haven't been able to find any other stories of people seeing Alfonso Ugarte's ghost, or a mysterious creature, although I'm continuing to search for more info.
