My Pet

I have the best companion
you could get,
my companion is my pet.
There's no one more loving or sincere
than my pet, I hold so dear.
She is forever by my side,
unconditional love,
impossible to hide.
Her love for me is pure and true,
there's nothing for her  I would not do.
I make this promise,
I solemnly swear to love and cherish
to always be there.
She is more than just my friend,
she is family 'till the very end.

Interestingly enough, with all the love, we still do very little to better understand and get to know our dogs. There are numerous body postures and cues that our dogs give to let us know how they are feeling. Our dogs are talking all day with each and every interaction.When your dog yawns, it's likely that he is telling you he is stressed or confused and not tired. When he shakes off, as if he just got out of water, he is telling you he just needed to calm himself down a bit. When your dog licks his lips, he is telling you he is rather uncomfortable. And just because your dog is scratching at his collar, does not mean he has an itch. He's likely just a little anxious.

Love is one of the utmost gifts we can share with our anyone including our pet dogs. Dogs are affectionate animals. A feather touch means a lot to them, both in their normal world and when they live with us. However, affection that hasn't been earned and is shared at the wrong time can be detrimental to a dog.Prove your love by giving your dog what he or she needs: long walks; rules, boundaries, and limitations.Give your dogs as much love as you have!,Give as much love as your heart can handle and then some! But please give it at the right time,
