Why Do We

Why do we spend all of our time trying to pick a flower that doesn't deserve our time and effort? Why do we water it, make sure it has the perfect soil, and the perfect amount of sunlight why do we pick the flower that shouldn't be picked?

Why do we pick the boys/girls that don't like us? Why do we text them, and wait for their one-word responses sometimes one letter? K. Why do we hope for them to like us and want to spend time with us and love us? Why do we pick the people that shouldn't be picked?

Why do we?

Don't pick the people who don't deserve your picking. Pick the people who want to give as much as you want to give them.

Stop, breaking your self down for people who won't put you back together.
