Why I dislike PBS

PBS is my second least favorite network. CNN is my very least favorite, but that's another story. Let me ask you a question. If I were to ask you to put me in your will, would that be inappropriate? Yes, it would. That is exactly what PBS is asking their viewers to do.

A woman decided to put PBS in her will, and that's fine. If she wants to put them in her will, that's okay and it's generous. But when I saw their advertisement and saw them asking their other viewers to do the same, I felt sick. There is no excuse for such greed.

They used to beg for money twice a year and now they beg about four times a year. But that's not good enough. Now they want your money when you die as well. They get enough money when they beg. They don't need anymore to keep their shows on the air. I find what they're asking to be distasteful and offensive.

Even if people were to leave them 50 billion bucks, PBS would still beg for our money four times a year. I guarantee it. Money obviously means a great deal to PBS. I think this money making scheme of theirs is disgusting. Many people may disagree but I wish that PBS would come to an end. Such greed is appalling and inappropriate.
