The Race Of Life

“ We worked in and worked out
She knelt down in silent prayer
Our bodies shaped without doubt
Unable to see the pain so rare ”

(Poet Tahera Mannan in her beginning lines of this poem brings out a shadow of inner pain dormant in any human who are drasticcally ill. And for a cure and healing, the poet writes “ She knelt down in silent prayer “. This is simple , highly elegant and good poetic line from the Poet’s golden pen, my congrats to Tahera Mannan )

“ We danced and we sang songs
She gave the best of herself to all
We watched her smile a mile long
Unable to see the fear lurking on the wall”

(The above lines depict the bliss of the human being in a state of melancholy and despair. There will be always an upward trend prior to the depression of a normal human behaviour while sick)

“And as we soared and ate gala feast
She kept a vigil by the window sill
The disease ate her like a starved beast
Alone she took the chemo, the pain and the pill..”

( Cancer cells are life intimidating ones because they migrate within the human body, spreading far from their point of origin. The long medical process meanwhile hijacks tissues and compromises all the significant functionalities.)

“ We fought and watched each other’s back
She went thru some searing days
The angels watched her every track
They were with her all the way “

( When they reach a higher point, most cancer clones will be robust and resistant to treatment, whether that be radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy)
“ Sad and disturbed and neglected we felt
She showed miracles with a smiling face
With strength and hope and confidence
She ran ahead of us in this life’s race.”

( It is universally thought and believed that a simple act of reading or writing of poetry from authors who have experienced illness will bring out healing moments.)

BETWEEN THE LINES

The above poem provides an appropriate correlation between the occasion of happiness and sadness due to illness in human life.Though sad and Inspirational, this is an excellent verse from the Poet. Cancer, the dreaded disease has become such an epidemic in our society that people are reluctant to even mention its name. ... Radiation treatments may kill the cancer but are also dangerous for the body.

So, in a sense, it is resistance that is the major awkward block to successful treatment. Those exceptional cancers that are curable, even when disseminated,How do cancer cells acquire and express confrontation and why is it so widespread? It turns out that there are several distinct mechanisms of resistance, both genetic and epigenetic, and their existence has an evolutionary logic as well. However, the root of all inspiration is the idea that our lives are meaningful. Inspiration is awareness that what we does and matters deeply to the real issues. When we have the feeling that our actions are meaningful, we will become filled with strength and vigor to fulfill our life's great expectations and aspirations.

Life is a big canvas. What is it contributes us is the power to carry on life when we are seriously sick and burned out? Sometimes an inspirational idea can facilitate us renew ourselves and be filled with strength to fulfill our life's purpose. Inspiration comes in many forms.
