Some strangers on the shore strolled past me the other day

And they didn’t even see me standing...

Carry me away colourful balloon
Rise up to the celeste blue sky
Bulging your bladder with...

Gorgeous green pastures are all that I can see

As I glimpse outside my window, I sigh happily...

I will build a house beside the sea

Oh how happy I will be

Watching those ships sailing...

I may be sixty two but my mind thinks childishly

Roamin’ in the gloamin’ where young hearts run...

A poet is just a person like any other

He or she may be a Mother or a Father, or indeed a sister...

I espy the horizon, it is in my reach as I run along this sandy beach

I open my arms as I spread...

I fly betwixt shimmering stars that sparkle and shine

Amidst highest heights so heavenly divine...

Scrutinise your shadow, do you see through that silhouette ?

Betwixt and between yon misty murky,...

Fifty fathoms below the sea

She frolicked feeling so carefree

The mermaid of Menonimee...

Oh Albatross can I nestle in your wonderful white wing ?

As you soar above the sea with your zest...

You and I together standing in the snow
Watching all the children, they are playing down below...

I am dipping knee deep into the beautiful blue sea, as silver fish swim around me

Kissing my legs...

Never look back, thats what I am told

But I reminisce back to my childhood, now I am getting old...

Writing my words down, I get things off of my chest

I am always penning poetry, I am obsessed...
