I Always Wish for Infinite Wishes

I wish the world was united as one love

Freely spoken with honesty to those who care

I wish the world wouldn't hide behind a mask

To block out the world from our naked eyes

I wish the world would listen with an open inner ear

Hearts don't ever shut down the open-mind 

I wish the world would remember where we came from

Where the root of the problem stems from

I wish the world would get along

Forgive those who trespassed against us

I wish the world would have more love

Instead of leaning on their own understanding

I wish the world would open their minds

To all the unlimited possibilities for potential

I wish the world would all be capable 

Of putting everything together as it is meant to be

I wish the world would dream of working as team

Giving inspiration without ignorance and worry

Let it be as it is meant to become all as one

I wish the world would understand 

That we didn't know then what we know now

I wish the world would know

That that was then and this is now 

I wish the world would live in the here and now

Live in the moment as if it is as it is meant to be

I wish the world wouldn't always get there hopes up
