"The Family Business"

I desire to wish upon a star for a family restaurant with my family

going for a culinary arts degree to master the craft

A smokehouse, shrimp steakhouse... the stars reveal who we are

as a child I would watch my mom cook and bake

my first word was cookie and now I can make one hell of a cookie

Just like my mom used to make...

breakfast buffet, waffles, egg dishes and gourmet coffee... 

soups and sauces... steaks burgers and pulled pork

special sauce, gourmet pizza, spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo

sports event platters... specialty beer on tap or a bottle of the finest wine
